1 Boxed Cherry Chip Cake Mix
1/3 Cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Cherry Extract
Maraschino cherries *optional*
Mix all ingredients, drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet, Press with floured fork. Cut cherries in half, and place one half onto each cookie.
Preheat oven to 350. Bake 10-12 minutes.
Note: If you cannot find cherry extract, I use the juice from maraschino cherries.
