Hashbrown Casserole











  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 bag shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 8oz tub of sour cream
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 tsp pepper
Mix all ingredients above, pour into a 13 x 9 pan and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350. You will know it's done when it's slightly golden and the edges are bubbly.
