Chicken Broccoli Casserole
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 bag frozen broccoli florets, cooked
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3 oz velvetta
- 1 cup dry stuffing mix
- 1 can french's fried onions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Dice chicken then cook in a skillet I prefer to add salt and pepper to mine.
- Meanwhile, cook broccoli as directed.
- In a 9x13 inch baking dish mix the chicken, broccoli, soup, stuffing and cheese. Sprinkle the top with fried onions and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
