Chicken Broccoli Casserole

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli florets, cooked
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 oz velvetta
  • 1 cup dry stuffing mix
  • 1 can french's fried onions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Dice chicken then cook in a skillet I prefer to add salt and pepper to mine.
  3. Meanwhile, cook broccoli as directed.
  4. In a 9x13 inch baking dish mix the chicken, broccoli, soup, stuffing and cheese. Sprinkle the top with fried onions and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
